Stakeand ride.
A single Cardano stake pool running on hardware we own and operate — independent of any cloud provider, continuously since January 2021. Your ADA never leaves your wallet.

Search the ticker, or paste the pool ID. Margin held at 2%, fixed cost at the protocol floor.
2%
Among the lower margins for a single pool, held steady rather than moved around.
170 ₳
The protocol minimum. Nothing above the floor is taken.
5,000 ₳
Declared pledge, backed by considerably more stake held by the operator.
Liquid staking.
You keep the keys.
Delegation lends your stake's weight to a pool. It never moves your coins.
Self sovereignty
Your ADA stays in your own wallet, under your own keys, available 24/7. Delegating never transfers custody and never locks your funds.
No custodians
Staking with an independent pool keeps your rewards out of the hands of centralised exchanges and the risks that come with them.
Rewards each epoch
Paid automatically to your wallet every five days. Nothing to claim, nothing to unlock, nothing to sign.
Earn R-Points
on top of rewards
BIKES is a Featured Stake Pool in the RealFi programme. Delegators earn daily R-Points toward RealFi's governance token, RFG, in addition to standard staking rewards — and your ADA remains in your wallet throughout.
Hardware we
can touch
What actually runs, and what we give back to the network.
Not the cloud
A single pool on machines we own, run and physically maintain in Chicago since epoch 242 — no shared tenancy, no provider who can deplatform a node.
Active DRep
BIKES serves as a delegated representative under Cardano's on-chain governance, voting on treasury and protocol decisions on behalf of delegators who choose us.
We run a signer
Syncing a Cardano node from genesis means replaying years of history — hours or days of work before it is useful. Mithril removes that. Stake pool operators run signers that collectively certify snapshots of the chain state using a stake-based multi-signature scheme, so no single signer has to be trusted. A new node can then verify a certificate and restore from a snapshot in minutes.
BIKES runs one of those signers. Every certificate our signer contributes to is part of what makes fast bootstrap possible for everyone else.
Testing Cardano's next throughput design
Leios is the research effort to raise Cardano's transaction throughput without giving up the security properties of Ouroboros. Rather than packing everything into one block on the critical path, it separates the work: endorser blocks carry transactions and are diffused in parallel, stake-weighted votes certify them, and the certificate is referenced by the ranking block that lands on chain. Throughput stops being limited by what one block producer can push in a slot.
It is still a prototype, and prototypes need operators. BIKES runs a relay on the Musashi Leios testnet, following the weekly releases and reporting what we see. We also publish a live dashboard of that node — transaction throughput, endorser blocks, votes and certificate timing, straight from its own trace stream, so anyone can watch the protocol behave rather than take our word for it.
